Cases

Three versions of the same problem.

We don't sort them by industry, because industry is the least important part. All three are the same thing: something that has to be delivered to each person on a list, by hand.

It was granting access to 300 people, one by one.

They wanted to charge for a community and there was no way to connect the payment to the access. Today sign-ups and cancellations happen on their own.

  • Filadd

    • impossible to do by hand

If something in your operation looks like this — you send each client their own version of something, or you add each person one by one — the pattern is the same even if your sector isn't listed here.

Frequently asked questions

Still have a question?

It's one hour and it costs nothing. If no project comes out of it, you still walk away with the diagnosis.

Do you work with my industry?

We look at how you operate, not what you sell. If your team delivers something to each client on a list — one by one, by hand — and that's what caps how much you can grow, it fits. It happens the same way in private healthcare, construction, education, professional practices and real estate.

How much does it cost?

The audit is free. Each project is quoted by scope: before we start, we tell you what's included, what it costs and the date it will be ready — and that date doesn't move. It's 50% up front and 50% on delivery. After that, if you want us to maintain it, support is USD 550 a month, and it's optional.

How long does it take?

We build in two-week stages, and every stage leaves something working — not a progress report. The date is committed in writing before we start. If the scope is bigger than one stage, we split it and each part gets its own price and date.

Someone already built me an automation and nobody knows if it still works. Do you look at that?

Yes. Reviewing what already exists is part of the audit, and afterwards it's covered by the monthly support. With that diagnosis we decide whether to adopt it as is or rebuild it — and if rebuilding is the right call, we quote it before touching anything.

Who will I be working with?

With whoever runs your audit. There's no handoff to an account team or a junior: the same person who understood your operation is the one who builds it. And you won't get a fourteen-page proposal — the scope fits on one.

Does your operation look like any of these?

One hour, no commitment, to find out which of your repetitive tasks is worth automating first.
