It was emailing each investor their report, one by one.

BauhanConstruction firm · Argentina

Who this happens to

Anyone who sends each client their own version of something — a report, a statement, a progress update, a results summary. The industry doesn't matter: what repeats is assembling and sending the same kind of file, one per person.

What made it expensive

It was 45 minutes per project, but the real cost wasn't time: it was risk. Every manual send to 35 investors is a chance to attach the wrong person's file, and with someone else's financial information that mistake isn't undone with "sorry, ignore the last one". On top of that, the work grew in a straight line with the number of projects: more sites meant more hours of sending.

What we built

A portal where each investor logs in and sees only their own. The team publishes once and sends nothing to anyone: each person finds their information when they look for it, and gets an automatic notice when there's something new.

Built with Next.js, Supabase and n8n.

What happened

About 5 hours a month freed up and zero margin for error, because there's no longer an attachment that can go to the wrong recipient.

  • 35+ investors
  • ~5 hrs/month
  • adding projects stopped adding work

What it unlocked

The cost of growing became zero. Going from 3 projects to 10 used to mean tripling the hours spent sending; now it's the same single publish. It's ready to scale without adding work, and that changes which sites are worth taking on.

Frequently asked questions

Still have a question?

It's one hour and it costs nothing. If no project comes out of it, you still walk away with the diagnosis.

Do you work with my industry?

We look at how you operate, not what you sell. If your team delivers something to each client on a list — one by one, by hand — and that's what caps how much you can grow, it fits. It happens the same way in private healthcare, construction, education, professional practices and real estate.

How much does it cost?

The audit is free. Each project is quoted by scope: before we start, we tell you what's included, what it costs and the date it will be ready — and that date doesn't move. It's 50% up front and 50% on delivery. After that, if you want us to maintain it, support is USD 550 a month, and it's optional.

How long does it take?

We build in two-week stages, and every stage leaves something working — not a progress report. The date is committed in writing before we start. If the scope is bigger than one stage, we split it and each part gets its own price and date.

Who will I be working with?

With whoever runs your audit. There's no handoff to an account team or a junior: the same person who understood your operation is the one who builds it. And you won't get a fourteen-page proposal — the scope fits on one.

Does your operation look like any of these?

One hour, no commitment, to find out which of your repetitive tasks is worth automating first.
