Who this happens to
Anyone who receives many enquiries that are similar but not identical, and ends up answering all of them with the same template — quotes, eligibility, estimates, preliminary assessments. The industry doesn't matter: what repeats is that the useful answer depends on each person's data, which is exactly why nobody writes it.
What made it expensive
The generic reply didn't cost time: it cost conversions. Thousands of enquiries came in and all got the same text, so almost nobody moved forward. The answer that actually helped — the one that cross-references that person's data with what suits them — nobody wrote, because writing it one by one is impossible at that scale.
What we built
A tool that takes the student's grades, cross-references them with the cut-off scores each university requires, works out where they stand, and returns an answer written for their specific case. Every person gets a different text, with their own numbers in it.
Built with OpenAI and n8n.
What happened
More than 10,000 enquiries handled in one week, each with its own answer. The tool went viral.
- +10,000 enquiries in one week
- impossible to do by hand
What it unlocked
Personalising 10,000 answers by hand wasn't expensive, it was impossible. What was unlocked wasn't speed: it was a channel that simply didn't exist at that scale.
Frequently asked questions
Still have a question?
It's one hour and it costs nothing. If no project comes out of it, you still walk away with the diagnosis.
Book the auditDo you work with my industry?
We look at how you operate, not what you sell. If your team delivers something to each client on a list — one by one, by hand — and that's what caps how much you can grow, it fits. It happens the same way in private healthcare, construction, education, professional practices and real estate.
How much does it cost?
The audit is free. Each project is quoted by scope: before we start, we tell you what's included, what it costs and the date it will be ready — and that date doesn't move. It's 50% up front and 50% on delivery. After that, if you want us to maintain it, support is USD 550 a month, and it's optional.
How long does it take?
We build in two-week stages, and every stage leaves something working — not a progress report. The date is committed in writing before we start. If the scope is bigger than one stage, we split it and each part gets its own price and date.
Who will I be working with?
With whoever runs your audit. There's no handoff to an account team or a junior: the same person who understood your operation is the one who builds it. And you won't get a fourteen-page proposal — the scope fits on one.
Does your operation look like any of these?
One hour, no commitment, to find out which of your repetitive tasks is worth automating first.
