It was granting access to 300 people, one by one.

PsiqclaraHealth platform · Brazil

Who this happens to

Anyone who charges a group of people for access to something — a membership, a cohort, a client portfolio. The industry doesn't matter: what repeats is adding and removing people by hand.

What made it expensive

It wasn't that it took a long time. It was that the revenue model couldn't start: there was no way to connect payment to access in their country, so every person who paid had to be added by hand, and every person who stopped paying had to be remembered and removed. With 300 people that isn't a slow task, it's an impossible one.

What we built

We connected the payment system to the community platform. When someone pays, they're in. When a renewal fails, they're out. In both cases the person gets the notice without anyone writing a thing.

Built with Stripe, Circle and n8n.

What happened

The subscription model worked from day one, with more than 300 subscribers and not a single manual sign-up. About 8 hours a month of access admin disappeared.

  • 300+ subscribers
  • ~8 hrs/month
  • the revenue channel existed from day 1

What it unlocked

This is what matters most: they didn't save 8 hours on work that already existed. They unlocked a revenue channel that couldn't exist without the automation. The paid community wasn't a pending task, it was an impossible idea.

Frequently asked questions

Still have a question?

It's one hour and it costs nothing. If no project comes out of it, you still walk away with the diagnosis.

Do you work with my industry?

We look at how you operate, not what you sell. If your team delivers something to each client on a list — one by one, by hand — and that's what caps how much you can grow, it fits. It happens the same way in private healthcare, construction, education, professional practices and real estate.

How much does it cost?

The audit is free. Each project is quoted by scope: before we start, we tell you what's included, what it costs and the date it will be ready — and that date doesn't move. It's 50% up front and 50% on delivery. After that, if you want us to maintain it, support is USD 550 a month, and it's optional.

How long does it take?

We build in two-week stages, and every stage leaves something working — not a progress report. The date is committed in writing before we start. If the scope is bigger than one stage, we split it and each part gets its own price and date.

Who will I be working with?

With whoever runs your audit. There's no handoff to an account team or a junior: the same person who understood your operation is the one who builds it. And you won't get a fourteen-page proposal — the scope fits on one.

Does your operation look like any of these?

One hour, no commitment, to find out which of your repetitive tasks is worth automating first.
