1. Who we are

Boltis is the trade name of Boltis LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States, with its address at 30 N Gould St #47760, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We are the controller of the data this policy describes. You can reach us at hello@boltis.co.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, company and the message you send us.
• Audit booking: if you book a call, Calendly receives the details you enter when booking and shares them with us.
• Payments: if you hire us, Stripe processes the payment. Stripe receives your card or bank details: we never see or store them. We do keep billing details — name or company name, email and address, if you give it to us — and the payment history.
• Usage measurement: Mixpanel records which pages and sections are viewed and which buttons are used, tied to a random identifier stored in your browser's local storage. We don't send it your name, email, company or message. If you book a call, we record the Calendly identifier of that booking.
• Visit source: if you arrive from a link with campaign parameters (UTM), we store them in your browser's local storage to know which campaign brought you.
• Language preference: a technical cookie, boltis-lang, remembers whether you prefer Spanish or English. It contains no personal data.
• Technical logs: Vercel, which hosts the site, logs technical data for each visit — IP address, browser and page requested — to run and protect the service. Google receives similar technical data when Google Tag Manager loads.

3. How we use your data

• To answer your inquiry.
• To schedule and run the audit.
• To prepare a proposal, when it applies.
• To deliver, charge and invoice the service you hire.
• To understand which parts of the site work, so we can improve it.

We don't use your data for mass marketing, and we don't sell it or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. How long we keep your data

Inquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of the business relationship. Billing and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting obligations require. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to hello@boltis.co.

5. Who we share your data with

We work with these providers, each one only for what's stated:

• n8n: receives the form data and notifies us of each new inquiry.
• Calendly: manages audit scheduling.
• Stripe: processes payments and subscriptions.
• Mixpanel: measures site usage, without the form data.
• Vercel: hosts the site.
• Google Tag Manager: loads site scripts.

6. International transfers

Boltis LLC is in the United States, and several of these providers process data there. If you contact or hire us from another country, your data is processed outside it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it if it's inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Object to our processing it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when needed. The last-updated date is always at the top. If a change is significant, we'll let you know through the channels we have with you.
